Back 2 Basics reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy (worn, washed, without tags, outside the 14-day period, etc.), or exhibits indicators of use for photoshoot or commercial use. Please note that customers are responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Price adjustments are available at the discretion of Back 2 Basics within 7 days of order placement date.

ALL orders placed with promotional discount codes are eligible for store credit or exchange- only.

Please contact jm.back2basics@gmail.com for a return shipping label. At this time there are NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. 

Any error in a shipment or damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of the package arrival or the item will not be refunded. An email notification will be sent to you once your refund has been processed by Back 2 Basics. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days from the date of your return package arrival (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Back 2 Basics).
